We are conveniently located in a residential area in Knocklyon and have been operating since 1998.
We provide care for children from 6 months to 12 years with an age appropriate curriculum.
Our staff is highly qualified, experienced, Garda Vetted and First Aid trained.
Our staff members work as a team and we are confident of the quality of the teamwork in Knocklyon Lodge. Each member of our team works in conjunction with our parents and children to help your family's transition be as smooth as possible.
We operate on the basis of providing a homely and comfortable environment which will become a home from home for your family. Each room has its own age appropriate activities to help your child optimize their potential for creativity, imagination and concentration following the principles of Aistear , SÍOLTA and the BETTER START programmes.
We are proud to say each room has its own age appropriate all weather outdoor play area which the children use on a daily basis.

At Knocklyon Lodge we believe PLAY is open ended and assists in each child's intellectual and emotional development and mental health resilience which are core ingredients to generate a competent confident learner.
Diet, health and fitness are an intrinsic part of the care provided at the Lodge.
